If something is not as described, i will refund your money on teh return of the item, and pay the return postage, so you can buy with confidence. Note, due to recent listing cancellations by ebay, because i use the c word i no longer will accept cash payments, even if you meet me in person and try to pay it to me. It is not legal tender for my auctions, although ti is us legal tender. I welcome checks and money orders. No shills, most items start at a dollar with out reserve. I combine shipping, for a discount. Second paper items are usually a dollar on shipping if paid for and shipped at the same time. This and shipping are nonnegotiable, sa i have workers to pay. I would not ask you to pay more, after the sale is completed, do ont ask me the inverse, as a seller. Insurance is not required, for items under $100, and if you wnat it, it is sold at cost. Shipping w/o insurance, is at the customer's risk. I pack items well, and fi the post office manages to break or lose it, it is your responsibility, if you did not insure items over $100 require insurance and it is sold at cost.
